Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 2-3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping (United States)

Orders shipped within the United States are delivered within 3–5 business days after processing.

A flat shipping rate of $10 applies to all domestic orders.

International Shipping

OUMÁR ships worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance times.

A flat shipping rate of $35 applies to all international orders.

Tracking Information

Every order includes a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time. Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS or DHL.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to carrier, OUMÁR is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues after dispatch.

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees imposed by their country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
