No returns or refunds accepted. All sales are final.

Exchanges

Customers are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of delivery date. This includes defective/wrong items or different size of the same item, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached.

Once your exchange request is approved, OUMÁR will process the exchange promptly and notify you via email.
